擺動式液壓缸
擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液壓缸是輸出扭矩并實(shi)現往復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)執行元件,有單(dan)葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)、雙(shuang)(shuang)葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)、螺旋擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)幾種形式(shi)。葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)式(shi)式(shi):定(ding)子(zi)塊固定(ding)在(zai)缸體上,而葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)連接在(zai)一起。根據進(jin)油方(fang)向,葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)作往復(fu)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺旋擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又分單(dan)螺旋擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙(shuang)(shuang)螺旋兩種,現在(zai)雙(shuang)(shuang)螺旋比較(jiao)常用(yong),靠兩個螺旋副降液壓缸內活塞的(de)直線(xian)(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)為直線(xian)(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自(zi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)復(fu)he運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實(shi)現擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





緩沖裝置
在液(ye)壓系統中使(shi)用液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)驅動具有一定(ding)質量的(de)機(ji)構(gou),當液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)運動至行程終(zhong)點(dian)時具有較(jiao)大動能,如未(wei)作減速處(chu)理,液(ye)壓缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)活(huo)塞(sai)與缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)蓋(gai)將發(fa)生機(ji)械(xie)碰撞,產生沖擊(ji)、噪聲,有破壞(huai)性。為緩和及防止這種危害發(fa)生,因此(ci)可在液(ye)壓回路中設(she)置(zhi)減速裝置(zhi)或在缸(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)體(ti)內(nei)設(she)緩沖裝置(zhi)。
加工
缸筒作為(wei)液壓(ya)缸、礦用單體支柱、液壓(ya)支架、炮管等產品的(de)主要(yao)部件,其(qi)加工(gong)(gong)質量的(de)好壞直接影(ying)響整個產品的(de)壽(shou)命和可靠(kao)性(xing)。缸筒加工(gong)(gong)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)高,其(qi)內表面粗糙度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)為(wei)Ra0.4~0.8&um,對同軸度(du)、耐磨性(xing)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)嚴格。缸筒的(de)基本特征是(shi)深孔加工(gong)(gong),其(qi)加工(gong)(gong)一直困擾(rao)加工(gong)(gong)人員。
(1)液(ye)壓缸(gang)內(nei)部(bu)泄(xie)漏。液(ye)壓缸(gang)內(nei)部(bu)泄(xie)漏包(bao)括液(ye)壓缸(gang)體密封(feng)(feng)、活塞(sai)桿(gan)與密封(feng)(feng)蓋密封(feng)(feng)及活塞(sai)密封(feng)(feng)均磨損過量等引起(qi)的泄(xie)漏。
活塞桿(gan)與密(mi)封蓋密(mi)封泄漏的原因是,密(mi)封件折(zhe)皺、擠壓(ya)、撕裂、磨損(sun)、老化、變質(zhi)、變形等,此時(shi)應更換新的密(mi)封件。
活塞密封過量磨(mo)損的主要原因是速度控制閥調節不(bu)當(dang),造成過高的背壓(ya)以及密封件安裝不(bu)當(dang)或液壓(ya)油污染(ran)。
